Shipping

We are happy to provide postal & freight insurance at no extra cost to our customers. You can buy with confidence knowing that you will receive your order as described without any unforeseen issues.

 

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed, if the order is received before 1:00PM AEST (BNE). Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes create delays, however you will be notified of any such delays if this occurs.

 

Delivery to some remote areas in Australia may require special freight arrangements, however you will be notified if this is the case. farmUp has freight arrangements with various general freight providers & couriers Australia wide. We also use Australia Post where suitable.

 

Pick up
We offer pick up on selected items in Brisbane & Melbourne. Upon checkout choose the "Pick up from store" option. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.

 

Postage and Handling Charges
As per the item. Free post is offered on a selection of our products. Alternatively some of our products refer to a specific Australia Post rate table working on your location and our shipping point; this will be calculated upon check out.
With larger/bulk products, upon check out you will be directed to contact our team for a freight quote & to make delivery arrangements.
If you are ordering large quantities and variations of products, we are happy to find the best postage price available. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Correct Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from farmUP. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our team immediately. We are unable to change delivery details once items are dispatched & additional charges will apply if orders require resending.
